This evening I got a pop up from Avast Antivirus that it had blocked World Community Grid from trying to access my spreadsheet of tax deductions. I can't imagine why it would be trying to access any files, let alone an spreadsheet. The Avast message was:

wcgrid_mcm1_map_7.61_windows_x86_64 is trying to access your sensitive file 2023deductions.xls.

I can only assume it was some kind of mistake and not malware that's found its way into the World Community Grid. Right?
