Hi all! I noticed that when BOINC has detected system usage, it suspends some tasks but not all. The same happens when suspending using the Activity menu option. It looks like about half of all running tasks have been suspended but the others still keep running at some times...

I'm running Rosetta@home, SiDock@home and World Community Grid.

My system runs Windows 11 23H2 on a AMD Ryzen 5900X CPU. I tested this with both 7.24.1 and 8.0.0. I have not installed BOINC as a service.

I'm having the same problem with Einstein@home and World Community Grid. Approximately half the tasks continue to run when the computer is in use. The only way to stop them is to exit BOINC. At first I thought it might be a problem with the project so I suspended WCG at which point it started doing the same thing with Einstein@home. I'm running BOINC ver 7.24.1 on Windows 11 Pro.
