Hello. I got a SUN FIRE V440 Running Debian 12 looking for a job. Is there a list on what project support what cpu architecture ? Or is it just ARM and AMD64? thank you |

Most projects now only support x-64 (64 bit) computing. You don't mention if your hardware & OS is 32 or 64 bit. Below is a link to the official BOINC PROJECTS LIST https://boinc.berkeley.edu/projects.php Someone more familiar with your hardware and OS will have to chime in here as I'm guessing you might be able to run *some* projects using the alternate/anonymous platform with special compiled apps for those few projects. |

I should have mentioned, Debians Sparc port is 64 bit My Sun Fire is a Ultra Sparc cpu based. Its old, but it warm my room during this cold winter |

A handful of projects had applications for the Sun Fire CPUs, where the application was ported and built by a user, but he's no longer maintaining them, or the projects can't use the applications anymore due to incompatibilities, or the projects died out. |
