Hello. I'm running BOINC client version 7.16.19 for x86_64-alpine-linux-musl inside a docker container in a K3S cluster

It starts fine, gets some tasks, finishes them correctly but then

I'm currently trying to contribute to Einstein@Home but this exact problem happened in MilkyWay@Home too. Any idea? The tasks in the web appear as "In Progress", and if i inspect a tasks it shows like this:

I tried with a persistent volume too but that did not fix the issue (mounting it in /var/lib/boinc). Any ideas?

"Output file for task absent" is a science application error. Check the output file for the task at the project to see if it gives any clues as to why the science application cannot write the status file.

I thought that too but it seems odd that it should happen with two different projects. Does it happen with all projects? If not, I suspect Jord is right. If it does, can you look in the task directory in projects directory and or the slots directory where the task is running to see whether the file is created in the first place?
