I received a notice that a new version of BOINIC is available and I just tried to download the new version and I received a 404 not found message. The rest of the page says: Not Found The requested URL was not found on this server. Apache/2.4.29 (Ubuntu) Server at boinc.berkeley.edu Port 443 I am using Windows 11 My current BOINC is 7.20.2 wxWidgets Version 3.1.7 |

The link worked a couple of days ago and I am running it but twice the manager has stopped responding to keyboard or mouse commands. I was still able to control the client with boinccmd. However, I don't see this as an issue on git-hub. I wondered initially if it had been withdrawn for that reason. Because I run the Windows version of BOINC using WINE under Linux, it is possible my issue doesn't affect Windows users. My guess is it has been withdrawn for either this or another issue with the release. It must though be a reasonably serious issue for it to be withdrawn. |

All the links that I would expect to be involved in that action (whether you upgrade manually or direct from the notice) are working for me this morning. It's possible that Berkeley were doing some maintenance work at that time (your message is timed at about 22:30 Sunday night, in Berkeley time) - something might have been switched off temporarily. Try again later today: if it still fails, can you give us the full URL the notice is trying to lead you to? |

Yup, that's one of the ones I tried, and got a successful download from at 08:04 UTC. |
