BOINC natively uses:

TCP port 80 and 443 to attach to projects.
TCP port 31416 for communicating on localhost only between the daemon, the GUI and the screen saver.

If you are behind a proxy server, use the proxy options.

If that doesn't answer it, please tell what you were asking for.

i have 2 computer connection to the network via a router.
but it seems there is only 1 of them work.

my bsd is 5.5 stable which linux- emulation

BOINC: 5.4.9 i686-pc-linux-gnu

A manager on any OS can connect to a core client on any OS, it's not different. Advanced / Select computer... / type hostname and password and you're done
