ive been crunching for two weeks now and am not showing up on my teams list, ive been trying to get help but bionic help just sends me round in circles.

Did you add Science United as your account manager? If so, that's why you won't see credits, as SU uses anonymous accounts, they don't get credit.
Else, at the project(s) you crunch for, did you check the option to allow your information to be shared with credit sites? Some projects have this option, especially those in Europe, to comply with the GDPR.

If neither of those are it, please post the first 20-40 lines of the messages log (CTRL+E) in BOINC Manager after you restarted it.

And where is this "bionic help"?

i just did the standard setup mate put my name in xtreenchaos then team techpowerup! from the search and i was up and running. ive not used bionic before so i dont know my way around the program so just click the help on the bionic tab and it just sent me round in circles.
update thanks for your help, the team captain helped me understand what to do and alls good now.

If you look at the large name icon in the top left corner of any of these pages, you'll see that there's nothing bionic about this program. :)
