The answers to your questions are, respectively, yes and no. These annoying messages may go away over time, or you may just simply have to live with them. BOINC will go on working, either way. |

Thank you. That's good news. I suspect it's because I signed up for them using Science United, not BOINC Manager. Brian H |

Disconnect science united under tools then the project u choose should be able to be removed and added again but to tell you the truth after you add the projects back normally or under science united youll still get the same dumb message as ive been getting for the last 3-4 months so i dont think boinc really cares about us getting dumb messages mixed up in with good info.......Hope u had a good day im out Dwan from OHIO |

Hello, My original question, Post 109904, has disappeared, and I don't recall deleting it. Could a moderator have done it? If so, I wonder why. The messages instructing me to Remove and Add specific projects persist. I ignore them. I'm unable to do anything about them anyway, the Remove option in Project Commands is grayed out in BOINC Manager! Regards, Brian H |

Brian, Did you read the ANSWER to your question in the post number 110554 right before this: Disconnect science united under tools then the project u choose should be able to be removed and added again |

Hello,No we didn't, there's no record of us hiding your post. And usually when deleting the first post, the whole thread goes along as well. This looks more like a database corruption, I will report it to David. Excuses for it happening. |

Brian, Did you read the ANSWER to your question in the post number 110554 right before this: Thank you, Yes I did. I'm a little wary of disconnecting since the migration. None of my previous work for WCG carried over, and I wasn't able to figure out how to apply the work units done since the migration to my old WCG record. I can't contribute much, and I don't want to risk losing the record of the few jobs I have done. The BOINC messages aren't a bother. Besides, word has it that the HTTP vs. HTTPS issue isn't resolved yet. I'll just wait it out. |

Being new here, I wondered if it was held for review, or if I had broken a rule. No excuses are necessary, stuff happens. |
