When trying to log into my Milky Way account, I keep getting a "Password Incorrect" message.

I've been running Milky Way for quite a while and did not make any changes. The project seems to be working OK.

But I can't get into my account. This is an old computer running Windows 7.

I have no problems logging into my other BOINC project accounts.

I don't know how this happened. The only apparent option is to start a new account?? I'd rather not do that.

Suggestions?

Go to their website and there should be a lost password option, then once you have changed your password you can do the same on BOINC. Still doesn't answer the question as to what caused it though.

You can also log in with your authenticator key. Lift it from the client_state.xml file for this project and put it in the password field on the website. It's a little hidden option.
