Boinc Manager keep stop working while I trying to add project to boinc.
OS :Windows 10.

What does the Event Log say for around that time?
Also, which version of BOINC?

Said nothing, latest version. It just not response to any operations, sometimes even block all the operations to explorer.
I've to close it in task manager.

Sounds like possibly a FIREWALL and/or ANTIVIRUS/ANTI-MALWARE program is blocking the proper operating of BOINC.

What such programs do you have actively running on your Win 10 PC?

Windows Defender and Windows Firewall.
The only background program is NVIDIA control panel, nothing else run in background.

Look in the windows event viewer at both Applications and System for warnings or errors.
Often the logs are so large it is hard to find things. I would delete the logs, reboot then
try to add a project then go back to the the event log and look for error messages near
the time you attempted to add a project. I suspect some type of system problem.

There's no message but explorer sometimes partially halt with the boinc manager too. But it will back alive if I stop boinc manager in taskmgr.
Maybe just like what you said, it's a system problem or compatibility problem. I noticed that somoetimes it also happend on another notebook computer with windows 10, but never happend on computers with Windows 7.
