Should it be? Ireported this bug a long time ago on another update event. Seems this is not fixed. |

This is most likely due to an EXPIRED SSL / CA SECURITY CERTIFICATE going back to May, 2020 and again most recently as September 30, 2021. See post https://boinc.berkeley.edu/dev/forum_thread.php?id=14437&postid=105804 The previous version stopped working recently because of an expired SSL file |
