Check out Globally Scheduling Volunteer Computing, recently published in the journal Future Internet.

OK, I understand the idea:

"Encourage new projects . . . The hope is that SU will lead to the creation of many more projects."


The BOINC and SU project lists look about the same.


So, are there any projects that started because of SU that weren't there before already as BOINC-projects?
