What about World Community Grid? The main working component for the covid-19 project (Autodock for GPU) is at https://github.com/ccsb-scripps/AutoDock-GPU But WCG themselves add a lot of packaging to make it run under BOINC - I'm not sure if that is open-source. And WCG runs multiple science projects: whether each working component is open-source will depend on each separate research group/institution. ID: 104358 ·
