Gpu computing on Intel gpus, with beignet drivers, some very old gpus can now also contribute to boinc

Dummy plug not needed

Would be nice to also have a list of intel capable projects available, especially now that their (more modern) igps reach 1 to 2 tflops!
(We currently have the collatz for Linux and windows, and Einstein for windows).
