I attached BOINC to Rosetta using my cross project id, but the CPU usage is never more than 0%. Is anything wrong?

Yes - have you checked that the client is actually running?

I'm stuck at this... how do you add a project using your CPID? You only get that if you've got multiple projects added, and it's only used for statistics tracking.
