Have had BOINC for many years. As of 6 days ago I have no projects running.
Just installed update, thought that may be issue... nope.
Running on Windows 10.
any thoughts?

Have you checked disk space available to BOINC? You don't say what projects so we have no idea if they have worki available or not.
