Hi One of the projects I'm attached to (yoyo@home) has the has the wrong CPID. Does anyone know how to correct it? It is not editable through their website and all the touch points appear to be in German which makes it difficult to contact them. I don't read or speak German. Regards Michael B |

A few posts on this subject in past few days. It can take several days for the synchronisation across projects to take place. You also need to have the box checked allowing export of data to external sites ticked on all projects. |

Thank you for the quick reply. I am unable to find that setting on yoyo@home Is it possible the site does not have one? Or does yoyo@home automatically synchronise? Michael B. |

I am only going on what I have read in the questions and answers section on this. If that checkbox does exist on YOYO I can't see it either. One correction, apparently it can take up to 24 hours to sync according to one reply there. The setting would be under your account if it exists. Also, don't take it as Gospel that that setting needs to be checked. That was an assumption on my part based on the need to do so to get many projects to play with the stats aggregation sites. |

I think because they're mainly a German outfit, that they think it doesn't apply to them.It was the German wing of Einstein that was most insistent on adding GDPR compliance - California was much more laid back (until the lawyers got in on the act). I don't think it's primarily a nationalistic thing. |

Well German or otherwise, I'm more than happy to help them with a bit of data processing. I just wish I could ensure that they sync with my other projects and that the correct cpid gets set. Cheers Michael B. |
