Just been reading some "amazing" comments on the Grumbles thread. Can;t answer for the rest of the world but here in the UK, there is a Golden rule that all courts use. "Ignorance is no defense in the eyes of the law". |

I suggest you take that up with a Crown Court Judge who will educate you in the gross error in your assertion. |

I'm not suggesting you do this about a specific event but as point of fact under UK law. That being that being the legality of an act regardless of being caught or not. |

As I say, discuss this with a Crown Court Judge as a matter of LEGALITY not your invention of phosphyl - you will be very sadly disavowed of your belief. |

Ah, change your statement just because you don't understand your own statement. Law defines what is legal or illegal, break a law and you have committed an illegal act (regardless of there being any witnesses to that act). If subsequently one is never caught then the act is still illegal, but you have never been brought to justice. The justice process looks at the evidence around an act and compares that with the law, if the evidence proves that the law was broken by a particular person then the justice process will assign a penalty as laid down in the law. So, in your example earlier where you admitted to exceeding the 70mph sped limit at some time in the past, you have broken the law, but never entered into the justice system for that act and so have received no "justice" for that act, which does not make the act legal. |

So, this thread, as well as some other threads, has now become the home of a true anarchist. Yeah well..... |

So, this thread, as well as some other threads, has now become the home of a true anarchist. Yeah well.....And just what have you got against anarchy? Anything is better than the Big Brother world we currently live in. So why do you live in a country you do not like? There are many countries, or regions, with anarchistic tendencies left in the world, where I'm sure you would find many like minded friends, Yemen is a pretty anarchistic country, why not select Yemen as your home. I'm sure it would fit you better than the U.K. Nobody there will ever bother you about speeding, or sending you SMS Alert messages about abducted children. Don't tell me that you chose to continue living in a democratic country like the U.K, only to reap the benefits, like the NHS and the welfare system. It can't be that, can it? :-) And yes, I do think I will filter you out now, so don't bother answering any more. Have a nice stay in Yemen. *PLONK* |

Peter There's a large box of holiday vouchers here, so if you'd like a nice long break from this board, just keep it up. |

Peter not to worry, Q has stated that soon you will receive your mandatory covid vaccine which will also have the mind controling micro chip developed by Bill Gates. It will use 5G to comunicate with the world order via the antenna in your mandatory face mask. You will be rendered compliant. |
