I am fully aware that the above mentioned topic was fully discussed on multiple occasions in this forum and elsewhere. However, even after performing most of the recommended steps (making firewall expedition, etc.), I am still facing the same problem on 2 different PCs on the same network. Note that the first run of the BOINC client was perfectly smooth. It's after shut-downing both PCs and turning them again that the connection problem started. |

To be able to help you we need more information. In the least which operating system(s) you're working on. And did you check that the client is actually running? Is BOINC Manager->View->Advanced view->Options->Other Options->Run the client checked? |
