I AM DOING SETI AT HOME AGAIN AND IM NOT FAMILIAR WITH BOINC. I TRIED ATTACHING BBC CLIMATE CHANGE AND ONLY 1 WILL RUN AT A TIME. HOW DO I MAKE IT SO THEY BOTH RUN? |

Please use normal case when posting questions. ALL CAPS is considered shouting on internet. You can only run two results (of 1 project, or two projects) at the same time if you have multiple CPUs. Multiple CPUs are Pentiums with Hyperthreading capability, or multi-core CPUs or just more than one CPU plugged in on the motherboard. If you have 1 CPU that can't do hyperthreading, you only run 1 result at the same time. BOINC will switch between projects as per your preferences. |

If you do have a dual core CPU, but Boinc is still running one task only, there is a setting in your 'general preferences' called something like 'use at most x processors in a multiprocessor system' (set via any project's web site, and then click 'update' in the Boinc manager against that particular project. These settings are shared).
