With reference to this thread and my experimental logs, I would like to see some mechanism built into the BOINC Manager that would allow backups of long term wu's like CPDN's to be made without having to jump through the hoops I have done.

Ideally, this should allow for ad-hoc, regular and milestone triggered backups.
Wave upon wave of demented avengers march cheerfully out of obscurity into the dream.
