I don't know if this is a SETI problem or a BOINC problem; but I'm getting a large number of SETI work units in 'uploading' status. Looking at the messages; it appears that each has an error code of 403. How can I get these units to transmit the results ?

It was a Seti problem and it has since been fixed.

Seti is still looking into what may have caused this, so expect further problems for the next couple of hours. Yet uploading should now work, as well as downloading/reporting.

To upload now, go into Boinc Manager, Tasks tab, select a result to upload and press Retry. Do this for all results you have there.
