So I have a bit of work to do and lunch hour. Come back and find a fisherman has ejaculated on the seti politics board. 8 threads and 8 last posts by the same fisherman. Sad part is people haven't figured out how to use the filter and some poor sots will answer him making him fulfilled. ![]() |

Can anyone confirm whether there was a protest march in London against the war in Yemen over the weekend? Only "news outlet" I've found so far that made mention of it was RT.There was a march planned for Saturday, but I can't confirm what the subject matter was - it's got very much swamped by the car attack, and may even have been called off because of road closures. No bombs this weekend, that I know of. I did like this image/video of a silent vigil on Westminster bridge on Sunday. Women link hands on Westminster Bridge to remember victims |

How big's the fire? Depends on " how big " the media want to make it don't it ? Everyone knows they are able to make a mountain out of a molehill if it suits their interests |

We're going to be getting new driver's licenses in compliance with the federal government's Real ID law. Basically, when going in to get a new licence, you bring your birth certificate and Social Security card, and they'll scan in the documents, and issue you a new driver's license that will be necessary for boarding a plane or visiting a military base. https://www.usnews.com/news/best-states/kentucky/articles/2017-03-22/bevin-signs-law-allowing-optional-drivers-licenses The mind is a weird and mysterious place |

Mr Charpentier :-) my sympathies. Whatever doubt there might be about Trump still being president by the time I get back to the project, I have an unshakeable belief that the fisherman will remain.I'm sure he will still be trolling off his boat too. What's worse I expect the same people will still not have learned how to use a filter. <plonk> Hope the next 12 months go well for you. ![]() |

We're going to be getting new driver's licenses in compliance with the federal government's Real ID law. I was wondering the same thing, but I guess sense prevailed. Kentucky needs to comply, as other states have done. It's optional. You don't have to get it, but it will be necessary for air travel unless you want to carry your birth certificate around with you. Article 50: May signs letter that will trigger Brexit Finally. :) Theresa May has signed the letter that will formally begin the UK's departure from the European Union. Giving official notice under Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty, it will be delivered to European Council president Donald Tusk later. Who will rip it up in little pieces and throw them out of the window to show how the EC is solving this democratically. |

US internet service providers will soon no longer need consent from users to share browsing history with marketers and other third parties. On Tuesday the House of Representatives voted to repeal an Obama-era law that demanded ISPs have permission to share personal information - including location data. Supporters of the move said it would increase competition, but critics said it would have a “chilling effect” on online privacy. President Donald Trump is expected to sign the order soon. A 10000% growth of the use of VPN in 3, 2, 1... The law, passed last October days before President Trump was elected, and due to take effect by the end of this year, would have forced ISPs to get clear permission from users to share personal data such as "precise geo-location, financial information, health information, children’s information, social security numbers, web browsing history, app usage history and the content of communications”. Furthermore, ISPs would have been ordered to allow their customers the ability to opt out of the sharing of less sensitive information, like an email address. No, can't have all that overhead. |

I cannot understand how in a country like the US that prides itself in freedom of the individual, this can be allowed to happen. Basically now saying to big business, ALL users have no privacy and you can do what you like with their data, in fact we encourage you to sell it all to anyone!! I know that living in the UK this already happens, just sad to see the US joining the downward slide. |

Scotland's first minister has signed a letter formally asking for powers to hold a second Scottish independence referendum. She's a " gobshite " didn't get her way the first time and keeps going , Mrs May already told her " not at this time " the other week . Ms Sturgeon ain't ever going to drop the subject is she ( probably be written on her tombstone ) On a different note don't Nicola Sturgeon LOOK LIKE " Jimmy Crankie " i've been told she don't like the comparison but the resembleance is unparraleled , just google it and see for yourselfs ;-) |

Yes, I tried to make a joke about that, but couldn't so quickly think of something. I feel mostly sorry for them. Of course, the next thing that'll happen is that ISPs are forbidding the use of VPNs, or that VPN services will gather all that data to then sell it on. But just for the Verizon users, do know that even Android has firewall software. Yes, that will also be forbidden soon, but until that is done, get something like NoRoot Firewall. It really does what it says on the tin, has decreased my data usage by 80%. |
