I think this page:

should give more prominence and discussion to the fact that a computer (and monitors) act as electric heaters in winter, or whenever heaters are needed.

Maybe there should be an extra section on this.

A PC can be left on, and other heating systems with thermostats will adjust automatically and use less power.
