TN-Grid, the italian boinc project about gene's networks, now has his invitation code public on the home page

Just wanted to add some info:
One of the users (rattorosso) has already built the application for ARM devices (see the following http://gene.disi.unitn.it/test/forum_thread.php?id=120#544). You are welcome to port it to other hardware/OSs.
For some (unknown to us) reasons the Windows application (compiled with Visual C) is way slower than the Linux one (made with gcc). Maybe someone has some hints about this issue.
We have a bug (somewhere in the code) which will produce wrong results if the application is stopped before the first checkpoint (this is just a speculation).
A slightly modified version of the algorithm (not the one in the repository) may be suitable to run on cuda/openCL devices. We don't have anyone available (with the necessary knowledge) for investigating this issue.
