Hello, I'm not sure how to word this question, but here goes. I have a dual core machine, and I have an application that is an old 16bit windows program that I run on Windows2000. The problem is that I would like to have one of the 1 cores always processing, and the second follow the preferences set as begin working after 1 minute idle time. The only settings I can find are for both cores and the second core need not be suspended when I am actively using the PC. Any thoughts on how I can get around this, or is this not possible in the current version? If it's not I would like to make a suggestion to add it, as I'm sure I'm not the only person who would like the 2nd of a dual core to be the primary boinc handler and the other run when idle.

It's not possible (yet). You can only set your preferences to use either both cores to run (at idle) or only 1.
