We bought some new phones, so our old Android phones (without simcards) are available for use with Boinc fulltime. I installed Boinc from the Google Play Store and started Seti@home, it's crunching along just fine. Is there a way to view progress using Boinc Manager on my PC? I've entered the address in "Advanced/Select Computer" but it won't connect. I assume I need to allow the IP address in remote_hosts.cfg but I don't know if that exists on the Android.

No. Android version of BOINC doesn't accept incoming connections from remote hosts.

edit: The Berkeley version doesn't. Don't know about NativeBoinc.

I know NativeBoinc can be controlled remotely by BoincTasks http://efmer.com/b/boinctasks.
