This has been happening in the last couple of 7. builds. When you are on the TASK tab and select a task, on my PC the focus resets very quickly to the 1st task in the list. This makes it very hard to select the commands on the left panel. I was trying to suspend a few items w/o suspend the whole project and it took a couple of minutes to select the task, and then the Suspend button in time. Weird thing is it does not do that for all projects. I saw it in Universe@home and SRBase so far. Does not seem to affect WUProp@Home or Quake-Catcher Network. Is anyone else seeing this? I'm not seeing this, but then I don't run any of the projects you mentioned. Do you have your columns ordered in another order than the default (Windows only)? Or else, have you ever clicked on any column's header(s) to make them order the contents of the column? Did you hide any of the columns? |

Hi Ageless, good to see you still play in this game. I do not reorder the columns. I do change the displayed list to show the highest percentage completed ( mostly), but I have done this since the option was available back in the early days of BOINC 6.x.x. I have not hid any columns. I will add that I now have Ralph@home running as well as SRBase, and if I select any WU other than the top of that particular program, it jumps to the top most listed of that program in the list. It does not mater what column I use to sort the WU's, and it doesn't matter if the WU is in running or ready to start or waiting or if the project is suspended. Crunching for SCIENCE not CREDITS. |

Looks like you're not the only one with this problem: https://boinc.berkeley.edu/dev/forum_thread.php?id=10570 |
