I'm using a tegra note. I've got no personal problem setting every setting to 100% but will that make it heat the battery in 0.0000001 seconds then have to cool down then get another 0.0000001 seconds then cooldown, and will having it maybe around 50% let it compute longer at lower heat therefore getting more results over time? If there's no definitive answer then someone needs to come to my house and test it for me. I'm just kidding I can do it. |

What's the better method for avoiding battery heat Put the device on something metal like the top of a computer case, and you'll find the heat is drawn away. Claggy |

What's the better method for avoiding battery heat Or a small desk fan blowing over it. Some phones will still run on a charger with the batteries removed. You can also try reducing the number of cores your device is using if you feel it is still getting too hot often. |
