I have created a project using wrapper but when I try to test it I get no tasks on my client machine. The work units and jobs files are created. I don't know whats the problem. This is how my scheduler.log looks like.

This doesn't seem to be complete log. The log should go all the way to "Scheduler ran x seconds". It might be easier to guess what's going if you provide the rest of the log. Also, if you have not set it yet, <debug_send_job/> might be useful.

When it comes to scheduler issues, you'll likely get better help and faster if you post to boinc_projects mailing list as David Anderson reads that list as well as many project administrators.
